Refund and Cancellation Policy for Advance Auto Paint
Thanks for purchasing our products at Advance Auto Paint..
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
You will receive full purchase price minus a 7.5% restocking fee, provided the merchandise is:
*Accompanied by an original receipt
*Clean in original undamaged packaging
*Complete with all of its original components
*In the case of mixed paint only straight white or black may be accepted for refund as long as it is in original saleable condition.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
What we DO NOT accept:
We will NOT accept returns in the following cases:
*Any packaged items opened or used (Although uncommon, in RARE cases management can refund opened packages at the rate of 50% of its original pricing.)
*Any items brought in without a receipt.
*Any mixed paint can not be returned, refunded or exchanged once the paint mixing process has started.
*Any custom paint cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
*No liquid items will be accepted for refund.
Concerning items put on lay-away, customers have a set period of 90 days to complete payment of the total price.
At the 60 day mark of their 90 day period, customers are no longer eligible for a refund of their payments.
*Any items left longer than 30 days will be discarded or sold.
*Any mixed paint left longer than 30 days will be resold at owner’s expense.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
